Big Day at Cobalt

5 out today at Cobalt in the humidity. FNG-1 is Matt Kaspar, who was out for his second F3 workout and got his name today. He will be known as Ghost going forward. Schwinn was out today too, which together with getting to name a FNG qualifies as a Big Day at Cobalt in my book.

Moleskin

  • Comment was made that it was good that Natty wasn't out there or Ghost could have ended up with a female singer's name (or worse). Checked F3 Lake Norman and Ghost is actually not yet taken. Need to get that finalized ASAP to secure the name.
  • Solid work today fellas. EC to The Germanator and Schwinn for running to / from the workout this morning. Great to see Schwinn on at Cobalt…..we were admittedly his Plan B today given the pool was closed, but we'll take it.
  • Germanator back from the beach all tanned up and ready to go. Sounds like a solid week at the beach with the family.
  • Germantor's MIL is cancer free! Great news shared this morning.
  • Kids triathalon on Saturday morning run by Schwinn's daughter. Ages 6-12. Sign-up links in the Overlook Facebook page.
  • Prayers delivered on the way out for Pinky and his family for the loss of Marysue (Pinky's sister). Received the news from Pinky yesterday…."Another saint in heaven."
  • Honor to lead this morning. Great work fellas.
  • Oh and for the record, Grip was not in attendance. GoFundMe page discussed to get him a new alarm clock.
