WARM UP
-Took place in the golf course parking lot.
THE THANG
-We ran to the first hole green, planked while waiting for the six, did 5 merkins, did 5 burpees, and then proceeded to the next hole.
-We ran to the second hole green, planked while waiting for the six, did 5 merkins, did 5 burpees, and then proceeded to the next hole.
-We ran to the third hole green, planked while waiting for the six, did 5 merkins, did 5 burpees, and then proceeded to the next hole.
-We ran to the fourth hole green, planked while waiting for the six, did 5 merkins, did 5 burpees, and then proceeded to the next hole.
-We ran to the fifth hole green, planked while waiting for the six, did 5 merkins, did 5 burpees, and then proceeded to the next hole.
-We ran to the sixth hole green, planked while waiting for the six, did 5 merkins, did 5 burpees, and then proceeded to the next hole.
-We ran to the seventh hole green, planked while waiting for the six, did 5 merkins, did 5 burpees, and then proceeded to the next hole.
-We ran to the eighth hole green, planked while waiting for the six, did 5 merkins, did 5 burpees, and then proceeded to the next hole.
-We ran to the ninth hole green, planked while waiting for the six, did 5 merkins, did 5 burpees, and then proceeded to the next hole.
-We ran to the course parking lot, planked while waiting for the six, did 5 merkins, did 5 burpees, and then proceeded to the next hole.
-Most did 50 merkins and 50 burpees. I am sure some did more and some did less but 50 was the plan.
-We covered 3.4ish miles.
MUMBLE CHATTER
-Very first exercise called was a right over left stretch to which I heard “This is stupid” lol.
-Outlaw doesn’t like burpees so much so that he assaulted me. Glad a judge was there to witness it.
-Our cooler morning weather has abandoned us and I want it back.
-The greenskeeper looked quite surprised to see 14 men running at him as he tried to get the course ready for play.
-Apparently, you are not allowed to launch Java at 0530 due to consistent late pax arrivals (Reminds me of a certain AO on the northern side of Denver….)
-What do you say we get a group back out there, after the sun comes up, to play some golf someday?
-It was a pleasure to lead thanks for allowing it.
