The Force promised to run a standard but when I pulled in at 5:15 no one was there. The Force is silently protesting my Q's apparently as he has yet to show up to one. I watched FLO complete his 50 WW2's while everyone filtered in. Here's what we did

The mumblechatter was at a minimum today and the HIMs present just worked hard. Good job gentlemen.
It's always fun to Q. I love the burn of the kettle bells. Todays workout was a modification of a very old Cauldron Q from 2016. Fun to see how our morning workouts have evolved and also stayed the same. Coffee at Lowes is always a greeat addition to friday mornings. Thank you for the priveledge of your presence.
