It was hot. It was humid. We did dangerous things like run down Wynfield Creek Parkway. We did hills. We monkey humped in front of Popcorn's house. Everyone got between 4 and 5 miles. It was great times at Fartlek. Thanks to Turnpike for the opportunity to Q.
