Warm Up

Beat Down

oyo Ribbons high, middle and low

20 x 4 count 1/2 curls low, then repeat high curls, 20 CH squats, 20 American swings

Top Gun: 10 minute timer perform 10 x curls, rows, dead lift, chest press, squats continuous with burpee at ea ch one minute mark.

Welsh Dragon:  from plank drag kb 4 times then do merkin, plank jack, shoulder tap's starting with 1 rep and adding 1 more after each kb drag till 10 reps.

Finished off with lunge walk, snatches, Russian twist, OH extension to ww1 sit-up's.
