Rope a Dope(s)


We began with a true mosey to the Mt. Zion Church for warmarama.

We then played some Rope a Dope – each person jumps rope to 100 while all others perform an exercise until they reach 100

This led to 11 different exercises for which I don't totall recall.  Hats off to GG for his excellent jump roping skills.

We moseyed to the end of Smith Rd, which most of the Pax had never been down.  It's a wonderful bucolic place!

We stretched at the end and Moseyed back to Little Flooring for some People's chair, air press and Praying Mantis's.

completed the MOsey back for Mary.  Canuck perform his "famous" BLMF series.  Also, WWII sit ups and Crunchy Frogs.

Our Coffeteria turned into a onvergence event with the "swim crowd" stopping by as well as Cousin Eddie and Omega from Bailey Rd who did the Iron Pax Challenge.  Great to see everyone come together like this every day!!
