Still a warm September morning but you can feel fall at the door….

WarmUp:

 

5 x Dippy Birds each leg

20 x SSH

10 x Windmills

10 x Grandma maters

10 x Copperhead squats

 

The Thang

Run to top of big hill and 30 WWIs.

Return to back playground – nice to see the tree was cut down!

Pain stations: 10 pull ups, 20 incline mericans, colt 45s with block, 20 australian rows, 30 dips.  Return to big hill and do 30 WWIs.

3 rounds. 

Finished up with a mosey around the nature trail.

Last weekend got to go to a marriage retreat and one of the main messages I took away is that my main job as the husband is to help my wife get to heaven.  I thought this was a powerful reminder of our roles to serve and lead.  Can be expanded to children, parents and siblings too.

-Cheetah biked 53 miles up Mt Mitchell today!

-Best to Tonka fighting off some allergies. 

-Honestly not too bad being solo today- got to hike 70 miles in 4 days along the AT in GA so slower pace and stretching were in order today!
