The Thang:

  • Maggie and Monroe – dozens of ab exercises followed by plank exercises on 30 second time followed by 2nd set and then Billy Blanks set.  mosey and repeat

Moleskine – Phoenix – big plans following F3 – was heading to WWC for Mtn biking then up to Linville for hike
