Pumabucks Everywhere

16 warriors crushed Week 3 of The Iron Pax Challenge (including Buffet, Sonic, newly named FNG Sandbar, FNG Spartan, Another FNG Matt?, so many FNG's and all the Puma bucks). Here is their story:

3 met The Standard, different standards but The Standard nonetheless. Cousin Eddie and Jobe held hands on the track while YHC found some hills.

Omega brought all the FNGs and a CrossFit board with our WOD. Is this what Cross fit feels like? Nobody got hurt, guess not. Omega is now holding realty conferences to boost our F3 numbers at IPC. Are we winning yet? Feels like we're winning. Pumabucks were handed out like Oprah giving cars at Christmas. Strong work to all the FNGs. I think there were 4 and we named "Sandbar," welcome brothers. Now take F3 back to wherever home is and give it away. It won't get easier but you will definitely get stronger. Especially FNG "Matt" (sorry didn't get your name but going with Matt) who thought today would be so easy we would be done in 30 minutes. Swingstate, Sonic, and Swampy crushed that challenge.

Sonic lived up to his namesake and was running 4 minute miles. Swingstate did 15 laps, at least. Swamp Fox did 1,000 burpees. Take that IPC.

Jobe brought the tunes. They spanned the last 20 years of rap. It motivated some and slowed down others but gave us the quote "Auto is so loveable."

Ultraman loves burpees with a bell. It does your tris right. Kosar was the slident assasin.

45 minutes of overhead presses, burpees, curls, v-ups, squats, burpees and hard running does a man right. Go do hard things. Go push yourself and even better push the brother to your left and right. But most of all be accountable and hold those other men to the same standard. Thank you to Jobe for leading hard things. Thank you to the pax for the constant encouragement and motivation. Prayers up for Carl and his family. Until the next time…
