Beech Mtn Redux

Of course, we got a late start waiting on Lone Star for a 5:32 launch and heading to some warmarama.  Nothing fancy, but some did learn what "Dwight Shroots" were (aka, carrot pullers).  After a quick lap through the seldom toured apt complex on Birkdale Commons, Einstein led us to the "dead end" via hidden sidewalk for our next pain station.  Nothing fancy again, but a lot of groans were heard getting to 15 Merkins IC.

Then we hit Beech Hill, which I hope becomes a Java staple.  It has ample vertical, a nice wide road and absolutely no traffic.  We did 4 up and downs with Merkins, Mtn Climbers and Squats at each pinnacle.  We did treat ourselves to a mobility moment at the bottom of the hill, but made sure our "jazz hands" moaning was kept quiet so as to not wake any neighbors.

The run back with a quick loop down Queensway (all ran the cul da sac counter clockwise as guided!!!  Amazing).  Of course, the run back with another pain station was needed to claim the entire 5K.

Thanks Thug for Master Qing this fine AO.  Be good fellas!
