2.0s Dole Out the Pain

FNG-1 = Rick

FNG-2 = Popcorn's 2.0 named Action

FNG-3 = Mulligan's 2.0 named Belly Flop

Here's your unconventional BB for an unconventional workout.

YHC showed the day before to draw a giant target on the parking lot in chalk. 50 in the bullseye incrementally decreasing to 5. There were also excercises listed on the target ranging from burpees and bonnie blairs toward the center and LBCs and curls toward the outside.

After a brief warmup, Belly Flop was handed two bean bags. The first one he threw would determine the reps, the second one would determine the exercise. His first throw was a 20 (if my memory serves), but I remember for a fact that his second throw was a bullseye…meaning we'd start with 20 burpees. Great!

Action was up next. Turns out he love LBCs because he intentionally gave us 100 of those over his next several turns.

Toxic's still recovering from surgery, so he got some throws in too between plenty of parking lot walking laps.

We also gave the 2.0s a chance to win squirting guys with ice water and hitting them in the face with pies. Rocket and Firestone were the lucky one's with the pies!

We broke up the game with some Cindy and mobility. All around a pretty fun way to get in some morning sweat.

  • It was great meeting Rick. He's a gutsy cold caller without an EH. He's seen the stickers on cars and then saw a bunch of weirdos running through his neighborhood (McAuley) last weekend as part of Christina Latini 8K. So he looked us up online and showed. If you see him, welcome him!
  • Heal up soon Toxic. You are missed! On that note, prayers up for Blackbeard too, who also recently made his way to the injured list.
  • Rocket and Firestone, thanks for being such great sports with the pie. And Firestone, thanks for your leadership as Mighty Jungle MQ.
  • Good to meet you Jethro. See you again soon!
  • Shaken gets credit because he showed up at the end and smiled at everybody.
  • Mulligan was the man today, answering the PB call by bringing his 5 year old. And all this after he got ruthlessly left behind yesterday (looking at you Candy Shop).
