YHC arrived extra early to stretch on this chilly September morning and to relect on how truly special this particular AO is to some of the PAX who were around in the early days 11 years ago right around this time. As YHC stretched and reflected with deep gratitude about this very location where our Founding Father Moses presented the name of "Possum" on the outdoor ampitheatre we call Broadway 11 years ago, the morning would become more meaningful than originally thought. You see Gray Ghost, who has been on IR with a very unfortunate and crippling injury, was due to appear this morning and hand over MQ responsibilties to YHC. Humbled and Honored to embrace BRP and thankful for Ghost's appearance this morning and the handoff of the original Isotope Flag. Difficult to express the emotions YHC has felt over the weekend about this special AO we call BRP and how men like Ghost, Jersey Boy, Mr. Holland, Waffle House, Bag Boy and many others over 11 years have kept BRP running!

- YHC had a chat with Boar Hog pre-workout about Tripper, and how the Tripper who actually posted this morning is actually Tripper II. The original Tripper, and identical Springer Spaniel, was with the PAX many years prior but has passed away 6 years ago.
- Grateful and always inspired watching Soprano for roughly 11 years?? just freaking GRIND, day in and day out, week after week, month after month, year after year. The man is savage and will aways be known as the Godfather of Pain to YHC. The 105 SSH IC this morning was a small thank you to you brother.
- Thank you JB for all you have done to keep BRP going with your enthusasitic Frisbee Golf Workouts!
- Great seeing Titan and his free-spirited presence-PAX needs you as a regular at BRP brother, bring Skye next time
- As promised 2+ miles were covered with track work, burpees, Commander running, rock work, pull-ups, a little mobility and finishing with MARY
