Run around the far end of the parking lot then across Birkdale Rd for some warmarama.
As usual: 15 SSH, 10 windmill, 15 IST, 10 Longsnappers, 20 Merkins
Run up to Brentfield Rd (longer first run than usual!) 1st pain station: 20 wide merkins, 20 LBCs
Run down Brentfield to 73 at teh Montessori school. 2nd pain station: 20 diamond merkins, 20 Freddy Mercury
Run down David Kenney Farm Rd to Birkdale Common. 3rd pain station: 20 regular merkins, 20 touch them heels
Last run back down Birkdale Commons to home base. 20 wide merkins, some Mary and some stretching.
Lonestar may have been a little later than usual, maybe 5:32 or 5:33…..
Outlaw coming in hot right on 5:30……we all heard loud and clear his frustration with the traffic lights!
Snake Eyes has gotten leaner, stronger and faster with his half marathon training!
Good to see Pavarotti back at Java!
Not sure if anyone was able to keep up with Einstein, maybe Riverboat on one of the segments…..
This was the last Java at Summit. Next week we officially move back to Starbucks in Birkdale!
