10 for 20 and a Hill


I believe The Force and Amen ran a standard and regreted it.

10 pax showed up for a workout. Jorel showed up and mosied around with toxic looking for us.

We started off down wynfield creek parkway stopping under streetlights to do the traditional warm up exercises.

  • SSH
  • IST
  • Windmills

Turn right, run down blooming arbor and down the Breton Brook Hill. 

The Thang was simple. 20 of an exercise picked around the circle by each pax. Then run up the hill to the fire hydrant and back down. Exercises were thus:

  • Squats
  • CDD
  • Shoulder touch merkins
  • Hand release merkins
  • Squat jumps
  • Lunges and quadraphilia up the hill
  • Glute bridges
  • Supermans
  • Suzanne Summers (25 each leg, because the force refuses to follow directions)
  • (missing one?)

Up the hill back to the club house for Mary.

  • Touch dem Heels – 20 IC
  • Low flutter – 20 IC
  • 5 Burpees

Prayers for The Force's and Ultramans Moms. PAX's family struggles. Hurricane victims and other unspoken prayers.

Lots of groans and complaints about the hill which mean it was good for us. I enjoyed doing something we hadnt done in a while. Thanks everyone for coming out, it was great to see some faces I either hadnt seen in a while or ever!
