I posted at Ludicrous Speed on Wednesday and BEP’s group kicked may arse!!!  I had to change my plan and totally went for limited running today…..someone reminded me that a Hoff Q always has a pinch of cardio so…..

 

Warmorama, then grab a block!

 

Curls, Skullcrushers, and Shoulder Press x 15IC with line hops in between

 

Mosey to the wall

 

Peoples Chair with air press, seal clap, and touch them heels x 15IC with Rocky Balboa in between

 

Mosey to covered area

 

Decline merkins, dips, and Incline merkins X15 IC with 20 step ups in between

 

Mosay to the hill

 

LBC, Freddy mercury, WW2 situps x15ic with hill runs x 3 in between

 

Repeato for lap 2…..we had to hustle to finish but got it done!!
