Mosey back to get block

The Thang

The workout is 6 exercises each done for X reps per round. The first PAX to finish the X reps yells "Go" and everyone sprints to the top of the parking lot (thus creating a "gathering" style that allows individual scaling and a little competition to be first to finish). 

The exercises are:

Block Squats 5,10,15,20,25 reps

Kickstand Deadlifts with the block 5,10,15,20,25 reps

Trifectas 5,10,15,20,25 reps

Block Snatches 5,10,15,20,25 repss

Burpees 5,10,15,20,25 reps

Mountain Climbers 5,10,15,20,25 reps

The Rounds are:

Round 1 – 5 reps

Round 2 – 10 reps

Round 3 – 15 reps….

Round 4 – 20 reps…

Round 5 – 25 reps….

We did all 6 exercised through 25 reps which was tough and pushing us to our limits. I can't speak for the other guys but I'm still pretty sore this morning as I type this.

Tough tough workout… Cheetah and Shirley are beast and blasted though all of this.

Reflection: Ruth 1:8 "Entreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee; for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge; thy people shall be my people, and thy god my god."

As always it was a blast and pleasure working out with these men.
