1. Kachow ran 1 mile in. And 1 mile home. He's super fit. But needs some help on music trivia. I don't think John Cougar Mellancamp has ever been confused as "Green Day." Today was a first. Kachow did 100 plus burpees, but somehow ended up catching and beating everyone.
2. Firestone and YHC were thankful to see Kachow running up the driveway and we were saved from going to Waffle House. Stoney had some significant music knowledge and crushed the sprints.
3. Ultraman/Jorel/Crab Legs/Die Hard/Frogger came flying in. We gave them 50 merkins as a group. Jorel smelled like onions. And they were off again.
4. We met Gnarly Goat and Blackbeard at coffeteria. Omega/Soprano/Toxic/Titan/Knockout were missed.
5. YHC did zero running. The workout looked hard. I'll be clip boarding until December men. GYMR. Aye.
