Callahan Prime Suspect in Dog-napping

21 PAX laced 'em up and braved the "PAIN" at PAINinsula for a 2 mile tour surrounding The Teeter at Jetton.  It went something like this.

After a brief disclaimer, and YHC already nervous about an upcoming lawsuit regarding an injured PAX at BRP a few Saturday's ago, PAX moseyed to the back parking lot for warm-a-rama which included Windmill, Toy Soldier, SSH, Mountain Climbers, Donkey Kicks and brief stretching.

Mosey down Autumn Meadow Lane, partner up at Jetton Green Lp. Partner 1 performed walking lunges while Partner 2 does a lap around Jetton Green Lp until catching Partner 1.  Partner 1 and 2 swap and repeat 3 times.

Mosey down Charles Town Ln, stopping at Cornelius-Lemly Fire Station #2 for Pledge of Allegiance.  Moses led PAX for some mobility and stretching including Swan Dives, Downward Dog, and Jazz Hand’s favorite Pigeon.

Mosey down Charles Town Ln, and perform single Horse Shoe around Southport Drive, Berkley Commons Drive, stopping for plank and curb merkins at the end of Horse Shoe.

Mosey down Charles Town Ln to Jetton Road.  Mosey down Jetton and cross over to the entrance of Jetton Park where a revealing clue (see picture including the empty doggie poop bag, UNC bandana doggie collar and hand written note) was discovered as to who may have kidnapped the 4 pound terrier last seen nearby on Sunday as mentioned in the pre-blast.  There was one noticeably and suspiciously missing PAX today and it’s now very clear as to why.  PAX performed alternating step ups and incline merkins on the beautifully constructed flag-stone border at the park’s entrance.

Mosey back down Jetton stopping at the hills where PAX performed a reverse burpee ladder starting with 5 at the top of the hill. (quadraphelia up the hill)

Mosey back to starting point to HT parking lot where PAX performed LBC’s and WWII’s.
