So, it has been 8 months and 3 days since I last Q’d a workout.  February 22nd as a matter of fact.  Daytona if you can believe it.  Hopefully I still showed that I now how to do this Q thing in F3.

I get a second shot on Friday at the Cauldron.

Honestly, I have probably written and deleted hundreds of words from this back blast.  It was getting way to sappy, angry, emotional and uplifting. 

I will just leave it at this.  The M and I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary last week. (Hence some of the 21 counts on the exercises) 21 years is a long time.  Nowadays, that is 3x the norm.  And for a couple who have experienced the shit that we have…its probably a miracle. 

There have been two constants in my life since May 6, 2016 when Christina passed away. My wife and son and F3.  And when my wife tells me that I HAVE TO get out there because I need it and it would be good for me so I am not lonely…well, I listened.   

So.  Here I am.  For better or worse. 

For those that thought this would NOT be a running workout…sorry not sorry.  I needed to push myself and see where my baseline is.  And when I am feeling good…take advantage of it.  Today was completely different that what I had in store last night.  Oh well. 

It was very empowering to be out there in the Gloom with all of you.  Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to lead.

Prayers up for Estwing’s co-worker, Misty, who passed away after a 3 year bout with Cancer.  May the Lord wrap her family with His healing hands.
