RT 66; 11 stops with 6 reps of exercise sequence merkins, CH squats, burpees, lunges c two sets plus step ups at three benches for total of 66 reps.
KBs to gym for:
Top Gun; 10 minute timer with 6 reps of curls, press, skull crushers, deadlift, upright rows. Drop for 3 KB Burpees every minute.
Welsh Dragon with KBs. Drag KB for four steps followed by merkin. Add +1 merkin after each drag until total reaches 10 merkins.
Rock-a-Bye baby. Start in-squat position with KB OH, rotate arms straight aheah and to each side and back OH in four count x 10 reps.
