YHC woke about 5am and developed a plan for the Beatdown. But it would soon be modified.

Beatdown
Head to shelter and grab a block
Each round consisted of a block exercise at one end of shelter, walk to other end of shelter and do another exercise, then repeat 5 times
Round 1 – 10 chest press/10 Merkins
Round 2 – 10 curls/10 dips
Round 3 – 10 shoulder press/10 Carolina dry docks
Round 4 – 10 bent over rows/10 WW1s
Round 5 – 10 skull crushers/ 10 incline merkins

25 Pretzel Crunches each leg IC
15 Heals to Heaven IC

It was great to have Dirt and Crabby who are nursing knee injuries. I was so happy to see them that I modified the workout for them. Mater was just happy that he didn’t have to run
There was plenty of discussion about swimming and how much work/training it is since Mater’s 2.0 is on the swim team
The blocks at SVU are heavier

Dirt is a better man than me for doing the Huntersville half in 60+ degree weather

Not so sure that SVU blocks are heavier. I know Mustang’s are the lightest.
