Slow Mosey to the playground
Five rounds of Step Ups and Dips x5, x10, x15, x10 and x5.
Slow Mosey to the awning behind the church for Ab Lab. Michael Phelps x 15, Box Cutters x 15 and Dying Cockroaches x 15. Mater led us in Roselleta Whips x 10.
Mosey to the north side of the church for Triple Nickle. Five Jump Squats at the bottom, Mosey to the top of the parking lot and do 5 Diamond Merkins. Rinse and repeat for 5 rounds.
The Main Event:
Mosey to the front parking lot for 11’s. I planned on doing WWI sit-ups and Burpees but wasn’t feeling the Burpees. Earlier in the workout Mater and I had a conversation about not killing ourselves with hard workouts. I guess I fell into the trap of not putting in the hard work. Anyway, I asked Mater what he wanted to do, and he said Burpees. How ironic, we did Burpees anyway. We finished this up right at 6:15.
