Real Men Swing Heavy Bells


8 Savage Bell Swinging PAX chose to wake up early to exercise their bodies and minds on this cold Monday morning. 

Warm-A-Rama included

  • SSH, IST, Windmill, Toy Soldier, Carrot Puller, Donkey Kicks, Mountain Climbers, merkins and some light stretching

Beatdown was generally as follows – PAX gathered in a circle in the parking lot for Kettle Bell exercises including a mixture of the below exercises followed by 1 lap around JV Washam, repeating this 3 times for a total of roughly 1.5 miles.  PAX did stop during each of the laps to perform pull-ups and squats on the playground, dips and step ups on the benches behind the school, curb merkins and Rocky Balboa’s also on the curb behind the school.

  • Burpees

  • Merkins
