Burnerpolooza

We all needed a good ass kicking before consuming 3000 calories, so we did a ton of burners.

We moseyed around the deck at DPK and then headed to the basements for a traditional Rodeo warmup and then the burners time hit.

We grabbed blocks and Zamporinied to the next level.  At each level, we did:

  • 10x weighted squats
  • 10x curls
  • 10x OHPs
  • 10x Skull Crushers

All IC and after deconstructing the Burner, we put it all back together with 15x burners in cadence.

We hit five levels in total, stretched at the top, carried blocks down the stairwell, and recover recover.

682 calories burned and a ton of useless arms that can’t help cook Thanksgiving dinner.  You’re welcome gents.
