3 men showed in the gloom for a previously announced AMRAP format workout.

Warm-up

SSH X 15 IC, Runners Lunge, Windmills X 10 IC, Merkins X 15 OYO

Main Event

Launch from entrance of clubhouse parking lot. Run up the hill on the right left into the cul de sac and run up to the top. Stopping on the way up and down the hill for the following: 20 squats at launch, 10 merkins halfway, 20 lunges at top of hill. So one set through is 20 squats, 20 merkins and 20 lunges. AMRAP for ~15 minutes.

Run back to clubhouse parking lot – far end on right. Launch from there and run up to the top of the clubhouse parking lot. Stopping on the way out and back for the following: 15 WMD merkins at launch, 10 side lunges at halfway point, 15 dips at top. So one set through is 15 WMD, 20 side lunges and 15 dips. AMRAP for ~20 minutes.

AMRAP merkins to end for the last minute.

~2.5 miles running with fair amount of reps. No ab stuff today given wet and Pax wasn’t down.

Moleskin

  • Tool Time out for second workout in a row……Don’t call it a comeback!! He even brought his own water this time. Good work man – great to have you out.
  • Surf getting ready this morning for his public appearance representing his company. Good thing he got about 3 hours of broken sleep last night. 
  • Tool Time has a cool awning attached to the side of his giant Expedition. Picture coming to the Pax. Thinking one of our Pax may be inclined to purchase for tailgating purposes.
  • Solid work men. Thankful for a lot on the way out.
