5 braved the chilly morning for a double Dora at Fission while 3 mall walkers went Fancy-walking around the way.  

After a late arrival by Kid Rock and an early start by Mall Walkers, 5 stayed for a double Dora with the traveling Block Band.

A brief warm-o-Rama led into:

100 Block Swings 

100 Block ‘Mericnas

200 Block Curls

200 Block Squats

300 Alternating Dying Cockroach

300 block shrugs

Very little MARY and Fin.

1. So nice to see Kid Rock NOT just running.

2. Team KR/Omega/Possum must have had some counting difficulties.  They eventually finished. Yawn.  Oh- are you guys done now?  Cool.  The workout is over.
