Beat Down
Curls, presses, skull crushers. Short circuit around lot: 6 reps at 6 stations: merkins, step ups, squats, burpees utilizing various modes of locomotion between stations, Quadra, bear crawl, lunge walk, mosey. 10 minute Top Gun, 5 reps curls, press, SC, deadlift, squat with drop for burpee every minute Welch Dragon; bear crawl with KB adding +1 merkin after 4 pulls till count reaches 10 merkins. Another crowd pleaser! Various other exercises: round the world, rows, plank rows, presses with flutter kicks, swings, WWI sit ups etc. Too old to recall them all!
