Speed Dating is still a thing. Swing State texted me to say he was coming in hot. Funny thing is I pulled in right behind him at 5:31. Kumquat and Primo were anxiously waiting. Great to have Primo back out. We quickly prepared ourselves and took off for the track. Speaking of the track, 8 track was there. So was Subzero. And a handful of F3 Davidson guys. We did 5×400 at 5K pace w 90 seconds to recover. Swing State was a blazing, Primo was right on heels, KQ was strong and thankfully I didn’t get lapped.
On the return we were greeted by F3 Davidson on the green. It’s now a thing to fist bump while running through Davidson. Great to see all those guys. And great to see and feel the support for Moon Light. We continue to lift him up in prayer! Also keep KQs aunt in your TAPs. She’s 86 and tough as nails but was in a car accident.
