Ring of Fire – Just to Stay Warm

Th car showed 29 when I arrived, so constant movement was a must, making the ring of fire an easy answer.

we warmed up with the rodeo special.

Then  completed 4 full laps including:

  • Blocks at the top
  • upper legs at the Box
  • Lower legs at the stairs
  • Abs near the disc golf course entrance 
  • speed work at the top

5 men rocking for the day and warmed up through the ring of fire.

Continued prayers for Cardinal and his family.
