7 PAX stormed The Mighty Oak this morning for some heavy lifting, mobility and a dash of cardio.
A circle of cinder blocks was formed as each PAX alternated between merkins, dips, bent over rows, curls and shoulder presses. PAX who were not lifting were performed alternating sets of plank jacks, SSHs, burpees, and air squats.
As promised, 3 mobility moments were sprinkled into the workout. Also performed were a few laps of farmer’s carry with blocks and a couple laps of running around the school.
Thanks to Moses for leading the final mobility moment. YHC had special requests for this and it was certainly a welcome and much needed suggestion!
