Tuffy showed and saved me from sad clowning it today at Ludicrous. Short #bb today. Mosey in our cars up to the top of the school so we could seek cover under the breezeway because who wants to run around a track in the cold and the rain? Warm-o-rama happened – stayed dry. We got in one round of the bonesaw before the rain – stayed mostly dry and made it back to the sanctuary of the breezeway. Short sprints happened along with some other notable exercises of note – stayed even drier – before recover, recover was called.
