9 men hit it hard this am. 20 reps of the following exercises with the exception of calf raises (45-60 reps) with dumbbells:
- Squat Press
- Hammer Down, Curl Up
- Dead Lift Row
- Scaption
- Overhead Pull Crunch
- Crunchy Frogs
- Derkins
- 1.1.2 Curls
- Incline Merkins
- Step Ups
- Calf Raises (pigeon, straight, wide)
- Good Mornings

- Welcome to 2nd workout Zach Chambers! Has worked on the light rail project in Charlotte, has twin daughters about a year old. He currently works on the Monroe Expressway. F3 name now Turnstile! Welcome!
- V-Dub on a roll! Good to see you again this am brother!
- No sighting of Slow Roll this am who said on the text thread he was excited about coming.
- We learned the definition of Zactly this am. It’s when someone’s breath smells zactly like their ass.
- Grip and wife had a great picture with Natty’s son at the Auburn vs. S. Carolina game.
- Pinky did only 6 miles this am, finishing in the rain to some step ups and calf raises in the gazebo.
- Natty ran 3 on the treadmill yesterday in the AC watching some program on how to smoke meat.
- Great tunes again Natty! Thanks for always bringing the tunes bro!
- Grip has New Year’s resolution of less groaning…Come to think of it, I haven’t heard him groan all year! Schwinn believes it was due to the complaining neighbors.
