YHC saw the calendar was open at 4 Banger and jumped at the chance to Q at a new AO. Instructions were given to run the route in reverse. Additionally, front runners were told if they took off and left the Six behind they would have to do burpees until the Six arrived. If they chose not to do burpees they needed to come back for the six. This kept everyone together and minimized our rest time. Despite some ice the run was smooth and everyone made it back together. We ended with some obligatory Shoulder Touch Mericans courtesy of Snake Eyes.

Crab Legs was out front as expected but came back to the six several times. The one time he didn’t he did his burpees. Proud of you for making yourself stronger!
Frogger was also out front and came back to the six each time. I didn’t see him do any burpees.
9-Lives was the first to go to the front and the first to do burpees. Watch your collarbone brother.
Snake Eyes was strong and ran even paced from start to finish. No burpees but plenty of STM
Soprano & Tuffy ran smart like Snake Eyes only taking off at the end and coming back to the six.
Jaws & Tantrum ran together mostly and avoided the burpees. Tantrum also avoided STM.
Diehard & Jorel ran together & had a chance to catch up. Great to see 3/4 of the Shield Lock pushing through today & life’s challenges.
Pitstop was running strong and easy. I think he was pacing himself for his ski trip later today.
Great work and appreciate you taking a different approach to the bangs today. Reach out to a kotter and bring them back out. This is about them not you as 9-lives stated. Praying for Jorel, TF, Toby, my mom, and all the unspoken prayers of the Pax. Until next time…

Do you guys remember William Hung from American Idol years ago who sang “She Bangs”? Ever time I see mention of the 4-banger, I think of this song.
I think William Hung needs to endorse this workout if he ever travels to Lake Norman…haha
I do not so will have to look him up today. Missed you today because you were probably leading simultaneous workouts in Davidson & Cornelius. That’s the power of Possum!
