9 men were on time for a typical saturday morning beatdown. YHC came peeling in the lot around 7:02 to get thing rolling.  It went like this….

The Thang

  • Mosey to the pool-up bars, 5 rounds of The Murph OYO
  • Mosey to the baseball field hill & partner up 
    • Round 1: Partner 1 runs to bottom – 25 LBC’s – quadrophelia back
    • Partner 2 burpees
    • Round 2:  Partner 1 runs to bottom – 20 Double Wide Merkins – quadrophelia back
    • Partner 2  freddie mercuries
    • Round 3:  Partner 1 runs to bottom – 20 Diamond Merkins – quadrophelia back
    • Partner 2 Rosalita Whips
  • Mosey to the band hill for a 1 minute wall sit
  • Mosey to the loading dock, 4 rounds of exercise then hop on loading dock
    • 5 burpees
    • 10 merkins
    • 15 monkey humpers
    • 20 squats
  • Mosey to the bus lot, bear crawl to the 4th pole, crab walk to the 8th pole
  • Mosey to the flower bed
    • Round 1: 10 incline merkins then 10 step ups each leg
    • Round 2: 10 decline merkins then 20 calf raises
  • Mosey to the gym entrance for Mary
    • 10 low flutters IC
    • 10 low dollies IC
    • 10 pretzel crunch each leg IC
    • 10 hannoi janes each leg IC
  • BBBroga sesh
  • Mosey to launch pad

Thanks to those who came over for moving, coffee and breakfast.  Luckily there was more fellowship than moving as all 9 PAX showed up….plus Shake Weight & Boucher after running…..plus Hefty who couldn’t wait for me to move away.
