2nd Thursday at Wilderness

Five out for a little 2nd Thursday challenge.

First we gather round the flag and give disclaimer, Psalm 118:24 and the pledge.

A few warm up exercises:

SSHx20, longsnapper 15, windmill 15

head to queens corner for Rocky Balboas

then to rock pile:

exercises are such:

squat, curl, shoulder press, skull crusher and 8 count burner, then go to circle and bear crawl to 3, lunge walk to 6 then run back to rock.  Each round drop 5 starting at 25 reps each.

stop at queens corner on the way back for Freddy Mercury then back to start for Mary.

JLo, LBC, Hip Dip, Touch Dem Heels, Box Cutter, Homer to Marge and Pigeon.
