1 PAX lifts Bertha 10x either over shoulder, or to chest and then a bag merkin, or to waist with 2 burpees while the other 2 do either band tricep extensions or beat the living tar out of a pine stump with the sledge. Repeat until each member has had a chance to enjoy Bertha.
Next round …1 PAX carries Bertha to front playground and back while the other 2 either beat the tar out of the pine stump with the sledge or do Colt 45s. Each Pax was grateful to have a turn with Bertha.
Round 3…. 1 Pax does Bertha lifts with jump over burpees while the other 2 either beat the stump with the sledge or do your choice of extensions or Colt 45s…..Shirley gets creative and splits his time.
Mosey to the front with the medieval implements and return them to the vehicle. Time for 1 more round of Like a River Merkins. Ended exactly at 8:00:01. Booooooyah.

Anvil broke Cheetah
Shirley has been traumatized by the River
Reflection
In Genesis Chapter 20, Abimelech responds to the Lord by saying, “….in the integrity of my heart and innocency of my hands have I done this.” Now, aren’t those beautiful words? Wouldn’t we all want to be able to say those when confronted by the Lord? As disciples we should do our very best to act such that these are the words we can say.
Always a blast to lead, always fun to do heavy stuff, always good when mostly we finish un-injured!
Anvil
Good stuff Anvil! Mostly fine.
