I arrived at GCC and saw Enron and AMPMs cars and knew I wouldn’t be a sad clown today. Then Estwing pulled in and we were ready to get started as soon as the runners came back.

There was very little mumble chatter today. That’s what happens when you are gasping for air. It’s amazing how difficult exercises become when you slow them down and focus on good form. I will not be able to
lift my arms soon so have to get this BB written. 
AM PM is a beast and crushed today’s workout with a 45lb bell
Estwing is back in the gloom after a tough work trip to Vegas. Great to have you back. 
Enron was worried he wouldn’t get back from his standard run on time for the start of the workout. Good news, he did. AMPM also ran the standard today. Great work guys.
