3 stations on the track

1st one is 20 Squats and 20 SSH Repeato until you get releaved by the runner. Then run to the next station and releave the PAX at the 2nd station. 

2nd station was 10 Merkins 20 High knees in place repeato until you get releaved by the runner. Then run to the next station and releave the PAX at the 3rd station. 

3rd station was 20 LBC and 20 mt climbers repeato until you get releaved by the runner. Then run to the 1st station and repeat until the end of time. 

We almost got 3 miles in total.
