3 sets of everything with some stretching in between sets
15 IC Over head press
15 IC curls
15 IC skull crushers
blocks up and a brisk walk back to LP
Finished exactly at 0600 because that is when Stacey’s opens for coffee.
This is what you call tapering for Dolittles 1/2 marathon.
