YHC took the Q at about 2130 and didn’t have much planned. Actually hoping for a sad clown with everyone running the swamp rabbit or on vacation. YHC would have went home at 0705 if nobody showed up. Thankfully Cornholio and High Country pulled in about 0658.

The Thang
Mosey to the end of Little Egypt and then down to Exporation Hill with a detour through the parking lot of the restaurant for a little flat running. Then we headed back to the school and we went through the bus parking lot and around the back of the school. Once we got back up to the parking lot we went to the track to do one flat mile on the track. Most of us got around 5 mile except for Abrams who did 6-9. Nobody is really sure.

I am sure there was a lot of M/C in the middle group with Clark and Cornholio, but the back group with High Country and YHC there was a lot of breathing. Abrams about a .5 mile ahead of everyone stopped every couple miles to clear the lungs out.
