12 PAX gathered at the confluence of Total Wine, Chipotle and Nothing Bundt Cake.  Their numbers included 4 current or former Hollywood MQs (Hippie, YHC, Deep Dish and Soprano).

As we gathered – Primo and I began reminiscing about last night’s Pickle Ball action, while 10 other PAX held onto our every word.  But alas – it was time to workout – so workout we did.

THE THANG

• We gathered at the bottom of the parking deck ramp closest to Kilted Buffalo.  There we broke into two teams of 6.  Some (read Hippie) seemed to have an issue with Team A and Team B – so we were Team Alpha and Team A.
• 7 Rounds of Exercise AMRAP + Run – teams alternating between exercise and run
• 2 Rounds of Mericans
• 2 Rounds of Squats
• 2 Rounds of LBCs
• 1 Bonus Round of Alternating Lunges – with a “full” lap of the deck
• Find some curb for Rocky Balboas (Creed III comes out this week)
• Find some wall for Calf Raises, then People’s Chair w/ Air Press (repeato)
• Mosey to the front of the theater and muster at the old launch pad
• 10 Incline Mericans IC, 10 Alternating Step Ups Each leg OYO, 10 Incline Mericans, 5 step ups EL OYO
• Mosey to the side of the theater
• Using Parking Islands as markers – we bear crawled, lunged, bear crawled – moseyed back
• Repeat with lunges, bear crawl, lunges, mosey 
• Mosey to the front of Dick’s for some Praying Mantis
• Head for home

MARY

• Touch dem heels, dying cockroach, homer to marge, Down Dog into pigeon – where there was no lack of Jazz Hands impressions.
• Recover/Recover
• Perfect Weather:clear in the mid to high 40s, by my watch we covered 1.59 miles

ALPHA v A MOLESKINE

• The generally peace-loving Hippie was stoking the Team Alpha vs. Team A competitive fires.  A review of security footage reveals the overall winners of the parking deck portion of the post:
  • First Place – Talking Heads (dude was the rabbit on every lap)
  • Tied for Second Place – the rest of Team A
  • Tied for 7th Place – the rest of Team Alpha
  • 12th Place – Hippie
• During CoT we raised up Harper – daughter of 66, as she recovers from her recent surgery, as well as Courtney who is on the road to recovery as well.
• Coffeeteria was attended by 6 including Roadie and Jersey Boy who was leading Toby Talks fresh off of his Q of Stretch.  In a roundabout way we even talked a bit about the pre-blasted topic du jour – THE FUTURE.
