Mostly dry and calm morning.  Guess everyone was expecting a deluge so slept in.   Tempted to join the, but decided to practice.

the usual lineup of ssh, cp, WM, TS, CHS, tf.  

Main Event

RT 66: navigate around parking lot using a variety of locomotive means (mosey, bear crawl, quad, lunge walk) between 11 stations.  6 reps of burpees, CHS, merkin, step ups or dips at stations.  Back to AO:  with KB, ribbons, 1/2. URLs, reverse curls, squats, squat press, squat press with skull crushers, upright rows, lawnmower pulls, summo squat, deadlifts, Walmarts, swings.  
On six, sit-ups, chest press to OH extend.  Low plank position for merkins, jacks and shoulder taps.  To bottom of stairs, bearcrawl up stairs with +1 merkin on each step till reach 12 reps.   Very little mumble chatter!
