31 brave warriors from Isotope (including Thick Burger from MECA) stepped into the cold, dark cave and emerged victorious at Dragon Slayer. Here is their story:

The sign at the entrance to HAP shows Huntersville Athletic Park (11720 Verhoeff Dr) yet apparently parking for the new Dragon Slayer is at Huntersville Rec Center (11836 Verhoeff Dr). Makes sense. Cobains.

We hit all the favorites from Dragon Slayer at GCC. Four corners with Jack Webbs, Hand release Mericans, Pull ups, and WWII situps with a smattering of burpees in the middle. Suicides with burpees at the turn, Hell’s Ascent with burpees and logs, and even some hold its. It was awesome except the pax hate directions and following them. Easier to just do what you want. Like Jane Fondas. A natural modification for burpees, right Anchovy and Breakfast Club? Or going from corner 1 to 3 then back to 2 and 4. Or just skip 4 and run a lap. Same Same.

Frodo and Matlock found out that not all logs are equal. Camelbak prefers running to anything wet or cold and Enron is still upset about the parking situation.

We moseyed back to the upper field for Mary. There were Mericans and CDD. Some hold its and burpees. Then we planked it out. Recover recover. 

Hopefully the new DS AO is the true winner here but YHC will take a Pitstop high five anytime. 31 men introduced to a new AO and a new MQ in AM/PM. Go support him and this awesome AO.
