When I arrived, I saw my huge headshot on a punching bag.  I got some butterflies in my belly and I knew I was in for a tough competition!  Then, I put on my Rocky Italian Stallion ring robe I was ready for a knock out!

Toby started the Qing the first half.  He was dressed for success with a dress shirt, tie and suit jacket with a Phil Puma name tag on.  He was ready to sell some houses!  PAX were divided up into 2 teams.  Toby set up a Puma & Associates Realty open house with a for sale sign, balloons etc, he was just missing the snacks and drinks.  So both teams were locked in the open house and needed to escape.  Each team had a runner than ran to a bowl across the parking lot to grab a letter and find its appropriate spot on the game board to spell some words.  The first team to complete it wins and the losers did 15 burpees.  Each team member that was not running was doing various KB and non-KB exercises directed by Toby.  It was a great variety of exercises along with a great playlist of music by Toby.  As Toby’s time neared the end neither team completed spelling the words (i think some of the PAX grabbed from the wrong bowl).  Both teams were penalized with burpees.

Next up Omega:

PAX were directed to get in groups of three (Rocky, Apollo and Micky) as the rotated thru exercises:

Round 1: KB curl, rocky balboa, plank walk half of parking lot, 5 merkins, plank walk back

Round 2: KB shoulder press, jump rope, walking lunge half of parking lot, 10 jump lunges, walking lunge back

Round 3: KB skull crusher, freddy mercury, plank walk, 10 merkins, plank walk

Round 4: KB lawn mower, SSH, walking lunge, 20 jump lunges, walking lunge back

Mosey to pull up bars

Round 5: pull up 10, jump squats 10, shoulder touch merkins 10

Round 6: pull ups 10, jump lunges 10 , man maker merkins 10

Round 7: KB squat 10x, KB curl 10x, kb press 10x, skull crusher 10x, 8 count burner 10

mosey to basketball hoop, Omega got out a basketball for Toby.  Allowed him to choose to shoot from 3 pt with 15 burpees PAX penalty or foul shoot for 10 burpee PAX penalty. Toby choose to shoot a 3pt and missed, so 15 burpees for all
