Always great to start the day with my F3 brothers. It was awesome seeing Soprano today “one arming” it! Soprano didn’t let one less arm stop him. Bag Bog and Jersey Boy had some great Mary exercises. Chilly Willy enjoyed the core. The rain and thunder couldn’t stop us!
