33 of Isotope’s finest (including Fire Scout not yet on the website) came out to relive some of the best Qs of yesteryear. Here is their story:
All the warm-a-rama favorites in sets of 9 to kick things off. 9er then split the group by method of choice to run or COP. The group came back together for COP after each lap and performed a smorgasbord of exercises ranging from lunges and squats to long slow jump squats and j-lo to pigeon (ewww). He had all the tunes and none of the burpees.
A little less than halfway through, we disclaimed and paid tribute to no less than 4 of YHCs favorite Qs from the past. It should be noted that this is the third QvQ for YHC and not once has the first Q given a disclaimer. Start on time, end on time and disclaim men. Disclaim.
We started with 2019s unanimous and anonymously voted best exercise in Isotope, the blast off merican for Travolta. We took some hot laps to pay tribute to Uncle Rico’s fastest mile. Took to the hill to do 7s with burpees at the top and hand release mericans at the bottom because that is what Bunyan would do. We finished with Bam Bams to 6 reps. Four tough Qs that brought it each and every morning. They also routinely stepped up as some of the best MQs in Isotope at Gladiator, Halflife, The Foundry, and Dragon Slayer, respectively. Find an AO and step to Q or MQ. Isotope pax need you.
Finished with 7 MOM as we do and did 20 burpees OYO for 9er and a mix of hold its and core exercises. The pax brought the chatter except during the burpees and Omega brought the belt. Your QvQ final will be in the next week (stay tuned for deets) and will pit Omega vs. YHC.
CPR class tomorrow night (3/30) at Lake Forest Church. Reach out to Toby for deets.
Stray is collecting shoes for Samaritan’s feet. Bring them to any F3 workout on April 7th and give them to the Q or MQ.
Thanks to Stray for the opportunity to Q at Luda speed. Thanks to 9er for a fun morning and to the pax for the constant encouragement and motivation. Thanks to the Goatbusters for always showing up. Now go out into the world and be the light for those that need us most whether its at home or at work or just brightening the day for a stranger on the street. Until the next time…

And Ludicrous Speed delivers. Sounds like a great battle. Congrats Don Ho.
For the other 33 pax. Come on back to Luda. The workout for all pax. The workout where you are never more than a half a lap away.

Exercise at your own risk and don’t be an asshole and try to sue anyone if you get hurt. DISCLAIM!
Congrats Don Ho. A great Q battle against a worthy opponent/friend. For the record, I did disclaim before we left the parking lot. “If you follow us, you’re an idiot. If you get hurt, it’s your fault. There is no one to blame, but yourself…” or something like that.
You’re right. I stand corrected. And we were mostly idiots. Solid Q. Appreciate you brother.
