FNG Naming at Gladiator

Disclaimer – excuse brevity and grammar issues as YHC using mobile device for bb

It doesn’t get much better than what went down at Gladiator this morning. Perfect temperatures and a fantastic group of men including an FNG and the return of Bel Air.

It went down something like this but not exactly like this. 😄😄

  • warm-a-rama performed in front of shed after a brief mosey around the parking lot.
  • mosey over to school for People’s Chair, Air Presses, Praying Mantis, Rocky Balboa, Curb Merkins and Mountain Climbers.
  • Mosey over to fountain for incline merkins, decline merkins, dips and air squats.
  • Mosey across parking lot where PAX circled up for a brief mobility moment before performing walking lunges, 80% effort sprint and 100% effort sprint.
  • Mosey back to school for another round of People’s Chair, Pretzel Crunches, LBC’s, Curb Merkins, Rocky Balboa and Praying Mantis
  • Mosey back to start for mobility and low flutters
  • Recover, Recover

  • Gladiator is a great AO with lots of options.  YHC had never Q’d or attended a Gladiator workout and hoping to come back soon!
  • Ponch, Amen, and Titan doing a standard before the workout-awesome guys!
  • Awesome seeing Bel-Air back after being away for some time!
  • Great having a 20-something FNG (Sheldon Synder – spelling?).  He will now be known as “Ping” and named after his service as a Naval Aviator and experience with submarines.  Welcome brother!
  • Every PAX put in solid work this morning and the camaraderie was especially strong today.
  • Continued prayers and praises for Estwing’s dad who underwent a successful heart surgery-so glad to hear this!
  • Bob Ross mentioned about the passing of a co-worker in his 60’s.  Please keep his family in your prayers.
  • Thanks to Estwing for closing us in prayer.

So grateful for the opportunity to lead Gladiator this morning.  It indeed was a fine morning and great way to start the day!

Humbly in Christ,

Possum
