We got back to the track at Ludicrous this morning. Some light stretching and then we ran.

  • 10 minute warmup
  • 5 minutes marathon pace
    • 2.5 minute recovery
  • 4 minutes half-marathon pace
    • 2 minute recovery
  • 3 minutes 10K pace
    • 1.5 minute recovery
  • 2 minutes 5K pace
    • 1 minute recovery
  • 1 minute 400M Dash
  • 10 minute cooldown

We ended with 20 LBCs IC.
