Riverboat put a plan in motion months ago that we would run for my 4oth. He was trying to get me to run a sub 7 min mile. Riverboat continue over the coming weeks to put the plan in motion and even texted YHC the night before. The talk was to run a hot lap around the outer perimeter of Birkdale but with the rainy weather we decided to just run 4.0 miles for the 40th instead. He made Jaws and Jorel join the fun and converge with our OTB run. The pax ran split up based on paces but all joined back together at Starbucks for coffeee.
Thank you to all that came out to celebrate my 4oth and for keeping my ass moving forward on my fitness. F3 has truly changed my life and I am honored to work out with each and every pax.
The plan is still for me to try to run a sub 7 min mile at a track soon.
