The thang: mosey to the parking lot near the yoga studio and partner up, i recommended picking a fast partner, partner did exercises while other partner ran the circle

round 1: hold lunge, alt lunge, jump lunge

round 2: peoples chair, squat, jump squat

round 3: low hover, merkin, merkin with clap

round 4: hold boat, hold heels to heaven, heels to heaven

round 5: alt lunge, jump lunge

round 6: squat, jump squat

round 7: low hover, merkin

round 8: hold boat, heels to heaven

round 9: jump lunge

round 10: jump squat

round 11: merkin

round 12: heels to heaven
